The Gainesville Police Department currently does not offer fingerprinting services at this time. Please contact either the Alachua County Sheriffs Office or the University of Florida Police Department.

notes: Fingerprint Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM through 7:00 PM. Backpacks and large containers belonging to civilians are prohibited from the fingerprint area. Only cash or money orders are accepted (CWP-$5.00, all other fingerprinting is $10.00). 

 

University of Florida Police Department:

notes: The University Police Department Community Services Division provides free fingerprinting services to University students, staff, and faculty.  Persons wishing to be fingerprinted must bring fingerprint cards (sorry we cannot submit fingerprints electronically), state issued ID (Driver's License preferred), and their Gator One Card. 

DO NOT fill out fingerprint cards, as that information will be printed out by us.   Fingerprinting services are normally available Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.  If you are on a time deadline, please call ahead to check for availability or to schedule an appointment.  We can be contacted at 352-392-1409.”
